Every individual is born with certain fundamental rights simply by being human. Regardless of race, language, religion, gender, philosophical beliefs, or socioeconomic status, all patients have the right to receive healthcare services under fair and equal conditions.
Patient Rights
- Right to Access Healthcare Services: Every patient has the right to receive medical care without discrimination and to be informed about the available healthcare services.
- Right to Information: Patients have the right to request and obtain verbal or written information regarding their health status and the treatments available to them.
- Right to Privacy: Healthcare services must be provided in a setting that respects the confidentiality and privacy of the patient.
- Right to Accept or Refuse Treatment: Patients have the right to consent to or refuse any medical intervention and to discontinue ongoing treatment if they wish.
- Right to Respectful and Compassionate Care: Every patient is entitled to receive care in a respectful, attentive, and compassionate environment where hygienic conditions are ensured, and disruptive factors such as noise are minimized.
- Right to Visitors and Companions: Patients may accept visitors and, if permitted by hospital regulations and their physician’s approval, have a companion during their treatment.
At our clinic, we are committed to providing ethical, professional, and patient-centered healthcare services that prioritize comfort, dignity, and well-being.
